If you find out that you have missing items we need to know ASAP.
We will then investigate to find out what has happened.
1. We will check the picking sheet to make sure all of your items have been picked
2. We will check that the items you have paid for have been despatched.
3. We will check our camera system that records your box being packed.
We need to know if the box was sealed when it arrived to you, if the box was damaged can we please have photos.
We can then arrange for a refund.
