    Hi Hayley,
    I’m the same. Have tried emailing several times but keep getting an automated response telling me to create an account on here.
    Payment has been taken but no dispatch notices.
    I understand they’re busy with COVID-19 but to not even respond to my emails is a bit poor.

    Same, ordered end of march and was quite happy to wait due to circumstances. Had an email saying DPD would deliver on 8th April but DPD has not received order and neither have I. No reply from customer services via email or phone message. Really disappointed as want to support businesses during this time, but money out of my account but no further along.

    I haven’t received any email from DPD or anyone. Have received nothing since my confirmation email when I placed my order! If we could be contacted with an update at least that would make it better. But it’s impossible to contact them by email or phone. Really poor service and highly doubt I’ll ever use them again after this!

    Hi all. I waited a little longer as had no joy in contacting them. On Tuesday I managed to get through to them. To start with the phone call was shocking. The level of customer service and the way I was spoken to was terrible. Been in customer focused job roles and training staff as a manager. I was shocked. Regardless of whether that person I spoke with had had hundreds of calls where she's been yelled at and disrespected, her patronising tone and attitude to start with was not excusable. I am such a compassionate person and understand the stress these staff must be under. However if they aren't able to provide a good level of customer service regardless the situation. Then they need a new job. I would have had my team on warnings for it!! So good luck to anyone who manages to get through. Be prepared to be spoken down to. Anyway I was then told that I had been sent a confirmation email of dispatch Monday evening. When previously on the phone I was advised they weren't working Monday as it was a bank holiday. Which funnily enough I recieved 5 minutes ago...hence why I'm replying now as it reminded me of the comments. I was told my order would be with me either Wednesday or Thursday. But didn't trust the word of whom I spoke with (nothing personal) So I cancelled my order and had a refund. Which went in my account the following day. In my experience I would not recommend this company at this moment in time. With the business they aren't equipped with the right staff and in my opinion should remove themselves during this Cov19. So good luck all who are still waiting. I hope you get your orders soon. Stay well and safe all.

    Good evening Parisa, I was unsuccessful in getting through on many occasions. Even emails were ignored. No reply. Left voice messages they were also ignored. I managed to get through and rather than taking any chances I cancelled the order and had a refund. I hope you get your order soon or even manage to get through. Personally they can't handle the mass amount of orders and haven't the staff to handle the order no show queries. I most certainly won't ever use this company again. Good luck 🤞🏼

    Hi Hayley, could I ask how you managed to cancel your order? Their doesn't seem to be a way, or should I submit a complaint via PayPal do you think? Never been on this situation before. Very disappointing. I will never use this company again either. Glad you got a refund!

    Hi Hayley, thank you for getting back to me. I’m sorry to hear that you have experienced terrible customer service especially during this pandemic. I understand what you mean, I have worked in customer services myself and there is no need for it. I have contacted them to cancel my order via email so hopefully I receive a response. I’m glad you were able to get your order cancelled. Good luck to everyone else in this thread and I hope everyone gets seen to.

    Could anyone tell me how to cancel an order and get a refund with them at all?
    No joy in contacting them, no confirmation email received and no order showing on here. Money has already been taken from my account via Paypal

    Same issue here.
    I ordered over a week ago. Payment of over £50 has been taken by klarna, yet my account still says I have placed no orders on here.
    I cannot afford to lose this money right now. I understand delays, but lack of confirmation, delivery info, or anything to say I'll ever receive my order once they've taken payment is just appalling.
